Our mission at Glo Aesthetics is to provide quality service with personal attention and professionalism. We strive to do this by offering the most advanced procedures, creating customized treatment plans and emphasizing customer care.
My name is Megan and I have been a licensed aesthetician at Glo Aesthetics since 2019. Before becoming a skincare specialist, I struggled with severe acne and scarring myself, which led me to Glo; only to find that skincare is truly everything I’ve always wanted in a career and thanks to Emily, made my dream a reality.
I take pride in the fact that I have always had a clear vision for what I wanted to provide my clients with – feelings of empowerment, confidence and overall happiness in their own skin. That being said, i am a result driven aesthetician, who believes in consistency, preventative skincare & treatments that will truly drive you to the skin you’ve always dreamt of.
I graduated top of my class, at Cortiva Institute and have then went on & will carry on to continue my education in the best advanced skincare companies such as VI Derm, Venus Concepts, Eclipse MD, etc. for treatments as in chemical peels, skin resurfacing, microneedling, dermaplaning, etc.
Amidst my chaotic but beautiful life, I am a new mama to a sweet boy (& pup) and love to spend time making memories with my friends and family. However, the best part of it all, is creating relationships everyday, with each and every one of you! My clients might even say I double as a therapist – with just the right tools & knowledge to truly make you feel your best & leave Glo, glowing. ♡
My name is Iaellan(eye-Lin)Walters and I was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. Growing up number 9 out of 10 children, I was surrounded by so many different talents and ideas that it took a few years of trying different things for me to figure out what I wanted in life.
I started playing basketball around 5 years old and I fell in love with the game. By middle school, I was playing Varsity so my recruiting process started early in my high school career. Earning offers from many division one schools, I decided on one here in Florida and that’s where it all began.
After knee injuries, I wasn’t able to do what I loved most so it was a challenging time for me. I became a massage therapist with the intention of working on a basketball team to stay close to the game that made me who I am. I continued my education by earning a degree in sports medicine and I truly fell in love with the idea of helping people be better and feel better. Being able to educate and help people with pain has been an extremely rewarding journey for me.
I’ve been a massage therapist for 12 years now and over the years I have earned and continue to earn many different certifications to try and help as many people as I can. I have worked with people with spinal cord injuries, broken bones, amputations, athletic injuries and everyday aches and pains. Some modalities I offer are, Swedish, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, injury recovery, cranio-sacral, reflexology, cupping, and many more
My name is Julia Hanson and I am the Office Manager at Glo Aesthetics. I have been working at Glo for the past 2 1⁄2 years, however, I have had the pleasure of watching Glo grow from the start as Emily Saker, the owner, is my sister. As a former stay at home mom, I love the interaction I get to have with clients while booking, checking-out, answering any questions, and keeping Glo running smoothly.
I am also grateful of all the skincare knowledge I have gained while working at Glo. My time off is spend with my husband and 3 beautiful daughters, usually at the softball field. I also enjoy crafting with the Cricut and creating hats, shirts, and cups that you may even see on the shelf at Glo.
Hi everyone! My name is Claire Paulsen and I’m a licensed esthetician here at Glo Aesthetics. I was born in south Florida and raised in Lake Mary. I graduated from Lyman High School and continued my education at Florida Gulf Coast University. My journey took me to upstate New York where I attended Aesthetic Science Institute
(ASI) and graduated top of my class. I truly loved my classes and learning how to find solutions to skincare concerns. Looking back at my life, I always had an interest in skincare, but never thought about making it a career. I had created my own skincare line for a marketing project, I toured spas on cruise ships and resorts while on vacations, and I had skin concerns of my own that I learned to manage. The interest was always there!
Now that I’ve made my obsession my career, I have never been happier! I have continued my education with classes and certifications in Derma-planing, Chemical peels, Vi Vitality institute for ViPeels, Venus Concept and Microneedling. This industry is all about new technology and treatments. I plan to keep on top of it all and never stop learning. I am so passionate about skincare and helping people feel confident in their own skin. It was very important to me that I find an aesthetics job where everything is customized. Everyone’s skin is different, so treatments and products should also be different. That’s exactly what we do at Glo!
My goal is that you value yourself and find confidence in the skin you’re in. I believe that is real beauty and every service we offer here is personalized to make you feel beautiful. It excites me that I get to participate in the realization of that confidence in your own skin.
Hi, my name is Erin Vinacke. I am the Permanent Makeup Artist here at Glo Aesthetics. I’ve been in the Spa/Beauty Industry here in Lake Mary since 2003. I started as a Nail Technician, but also became a licensed Facial Specialist and Laser Hair Removal Technician. I quickly built up a large and loyal clientele that I was lucky enough to have for many years.
In 2018, I pursued a career in Permanent Makeup. I am Triple Certified in Brows and Double Certified in Lip Blush. I am also one of the few people in the area that offer Saline Removal for unwanted Permanent Makeup. This has become a real passion for me. It amazes me to see the positive impact Permanent Makeup, especially Brows, can have on someone’s appearance. I love seeing my client’s reactions to their new look and enjoy hearing how happy they are with the results.
In November 2019, I opened my own business inside of Glo Aesthetics. Chantelle joined my team and works with my Nail and Spray Tan clients while I focus solely on Permanent Makeup. Working with Emily and the team at Glo has been such a great experience. The workspace and staff professionalism are first class and provides a comfortable and family-like atmosphere.
Hello, I am Chantelle Walters, full specialist with Glo Aesthetics. I spent many years in the spa/salon industry starting with my first job as a salon assistant when I was 16 years old. I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry but my life took a little detour first.
After 12 years of working as the Director of Operations for a well known massage franchise, I decided to go back to school for something I’ve always loved. I received my license in skin care and I am also a licensed Nail Tech. I do a wide range of services at Glo from nail services, lashes, spray tans to skincare services. I love being able to meet new clients, educate them on skin care, and leave them feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. Some of my favorite services are microneedling, microdermabrasion, and skin tightening.
On my days off, I enjoy getting out into nature and doing something that fulfills my creative side. Most of the things we do in life I consider to be a form of art, whether that is cooking, writing music, or sketching and I love to express my imagination using these different mediums.
I’ve been at Glo for a little over a year and it really feels like we are one big family. It’s a beautiful thing when you love your job and the people you get to see everyday.
